Where required for identity verification, account administration, compliance, or fraud prevention, we may also collect driver's licence information, including licence number, province of issue, expiry date, and images of identification documents. We may additionally collect technical information such as device data, browser data, IP address, usage logs, and interactions with our website or learning platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to operate Blootou Intelligence services, create and manage student accounts, process enrollments, confirm payments, issue invoices, deliver course materials, schedule sessions, respond to support requests, maintain platform security, and communicate administrative or service-related updates.
We may also use information to improve our programs, analyze website and learning platform usage, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and maintain internal records. Blootou Intelligence does not sell personal information.
Data Storage & Security
Blootou Intelligence uses third-party infrastructure and software providers, including Supabase for database, authentication, storage, and related backend services, and Vercel for hosting and deployment. We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While Blootou Intelligence works to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure, you acknowledge that transmission and storage risks cannot be eliminated entirely.
